DTE to DCE - Standard pass through interface conversion mode from Port A to Port B.
DCE to DTE - Standard pass through interface conversion mode from Port B to Port A.
DTE to DTE - Modem eliminator mode with external clock or optional internal clock.
DCE to DCE - Terminal eliminator mode with external clock.
The internal clock option allows the user to select any rate N x 8K from 16Kbps to 2.048Mbps.
If one of the Interfaces is RS232 the limit is 128K due to the maximum interface speed.
This allows for virtually any combination of interface conversion / modem elimation or both in one unit.
For RS449 - add the RS530 to RS449 cable (CAB1) with one of the RS530 models.
Each unit has the following:
- Four LEDs showing TD, RD, TC, RC
- Four LEDs showing Port configuration DTE / DCE.
- DTE / DCE user optioned on each port.
- Local / Remote connection of RTS, CTS, DTR, DSR are user selected.
- User selectable clocking options (Internal, External, Normal, Split).
- 1 year limited warranty and Instructions.
